Agreement and contact
These Terms are an agreement between you and AEVUS Engineering LLC. By creating an account, using a service, or starting a paid checkout after being shown these Terms, you agree to them and the documents incorporated below. Contact: info@aevuseng.com. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the information you submit and for having authority to share it. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, copy or reverse engineer protected service technology, or use generated material to misrepresent qualifications, certifications, experience, pricing, or commitments.
AI-assisted services
The AEVUS Proposal Agent, Launch Studio workspace, prompt runner, grant workspace, canonical-data workspace, and other AI-assisted tools that link to the AI Terms of Use are governed by those terms. Prompts, project drafts, health reviews, requirements maps, grant drafts, canonical models, records, checklists, filled form copies, and proposal drafts are working materials for human review. They are not legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, procurement, or compliance advice; an official submission; a certified database record; or a guarantee of responsiveness, eligibility, score, award, launch readiness, or data accuracy. AEVUS does not submit, deploy, publish, purchase, certify, or change your systems unless a separate written service agreement expressly authorizes that work.
Your content and output
You retain rights you have in material you submit. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you own the output generated specifically for you. AEVUS retains all rights in its services, software, templates, prompts, methods, branding, and underlying technology. Similar output may be generated for different users.
One-time prompt-suite purchases
Each full prompt suite is a one-time $19.99 USD digital purchase and is not a subscription. The product page and Stripe Checkout identify the selected suite before payment. After Stripe confirms payment, AEVUS provides a ZIP containing eight Markdown files. The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to copy, adapt, and use the files for personal or internal business work. The files may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, or published as a competing prompt or template product.
Prompt-suite delivery and refund review
Save the downloaded ZIP and Stripe receipt. If Stripe confirms payment but the download is unavailable, corrupted, or contains the wrong suite, email info@aevuseng.com within seven calendar days with the checkout email and charge date. AEVUS will restore delivery, replace the incorrect files, or review a refund as appropriate. Successfully delivered digital suites are otherwise non-refundable for a change of mind, except where applicable law requires a remedy. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived.
Launch Studio Starter Kits and Marketplace bundles
Each Launch Studio Starter Kit is normally a one-time $29 USD digital purchase for the selected kit. A new visitor may receive a clearly displayed 20% welcome offer, reducing the selected Starter Kit to $23.20 for 24 hours after the offer first appears. The server verifies the offer at checkout, and it does not return after that window closes. After Stripe confirms payment, AEVUS provides a ZIP containing eight editable Markdown files under the internal-use license included in the download. Marketplace bundles combine the exact products shown on the bundle page into one organized ZIP at a discounted one-time price. Because the bundle price already includes the stated savings, promotion codes do not apply to bundles. Starter Kits and bundles are not memberships and do not include a hosted workspace, saved projects, AI-run allowances, or implementation by AEVUS. Delivery and refund review follow the same process described above for prompt suites.
Launch Studio memberships
Studio costs $59 USD per month and includes up to 10 saved projects and 25 hosted AI workspace runs during each successful billing month. Studio Pro costs $149 USD per month and includes up to 50 saved projects and 100 hosted AI workspace runs during each successful billing month. Both renew automatically until cancelled and include access to the maintained kit library, private workspaces, saved versions, health reviews, and member learning material available during the paid period. Unused AI runs do not roll over. Failed generation does not use an allowance. Plan changes may require cancelling the existing plan and choosing another after its paid period ends.
Membership access, classes, and services
Saved Launch Studio work remains available while the membership is eligible. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Download important work before access ends. Kit updates and learning material may change as tools and practices change. Any live clinic or class is included only when a date and registration option are published for the member's plan; schedules are not guaranteed. Implementation Sprints, custom platforms, integrations, deployments, and ongoing support require a separate written scope and price.
Proposal Agent subscription
The Proposal Agent costs $19.99 USD per month and renews automatically until cancelled. Each successful billing month includes two completed proposal packages. Unused packages do not roll over. Editing and downloading previously completed packages do not consume another package. Failed preparation does not use an allowance.
Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals from the customer account through Stripe's billing portal. Access continues through the current paid period. Closing an AEVUS account requires every subscription to be cancelled and the paid periods to end so billing and saved work are not orphaned.
Subscription refund review
You may request a refund review within seven calendar days of a subscription charge. A Proposal Agent charge is eligible for review when no proposal package was completed in that billing period. A Launch Studio charge is eligible for review when no hosted AI run was used in that billing period. Send the account email address and charge date to info@aevuseng.com. Approval is based on account usage and payment records. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue preview features. Services are provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms as services change and will present material subscription changes before they apply to a future purchase or renewal where required.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AEVUS is not responsible for decisions, submissions, missed deadlines, lost awards, or other consequences arising from unreviewed, incomplete, or incorrect generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any separate signed service agreement controls where it conflicts with these website Terms.
Disputes and governing law
The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through direct discussion. If unresolved, they will attempt non-binding mediation before filing a claim, except where urgent injunctive relief or a non-waivable consumer remedy applies. Michigan law governs these Terms without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. Any court proceeding after mediation will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Michigan unless applicable law requires another forum.
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI Terms of Use, the checkout disclosure, and any applicable order form or signed service agreement form the agreement for the covered service.
