Covered services
These AI Terms govern AEVUS Launch Studio, the Proposal Agent, prompt runner, guided AI intake, the website assistant, grant and canonical-data workspaces, and other AEVUS AI-assisted tools that link to this page. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these AI Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Input and output
The Service generates results ("Output") from information, instructions, URLs, and files that you submit or authorize the Service to access ("Input"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." You must have authority to provide the Input and remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and use of Content.
Human review is required
AI-generated Output is a draft. It is not legal advice, an official proposal submission, a certification, a compliance determination, or a guarantee of responsiveness or award. You must compare Output with the complete solicitation, amendments, source documents, and applicable rules; verify every fact and commitment; complete manual fields; and obtain professional review when appropriate. AEVUS does not submit a proposal, sign a form, or make a certification for you unless a separate written service agreement expressly authorizes that work.
Website assistant limits
The website assistant provides navigation, plan explanations, prompt help, project-summary drafts, and general support guidance. It cannot access or verify your account, payment, usage, inbox, or private records. It does not purchase a product, submit a lead, cancel a subscription, decide refund eligibility, or issue a refund. Complete authenticated billing actions through Customer account and send requests that require account review to AEVUS support.
Restricted information
Do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment-card data, bank information, tax identifiers, protected health information, classified information, export-controlled information, controlled unclassified information, or third-party confidential or personal information without lawful authority and an appropriate written agreement.
Providers and privacy
AEVUS may use approved hosting, storage, email, payment, and AI providers only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the Service. The Proposal Agent consent screen identifies what is sent to OpenAI. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe and is not included in proposal-generation prompts. Ownership
You retain rights you have in Input. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you own Output generated specifically for you. AEVUS retains ownership of the Service, software, templates, prompts, methods, branding, and underlying technology. Machine-generated Output may not be unique and similar Output may be produced for others.
Proposal Agent allowance
The Proposal Agent subscription includes up to two completed proposal packages per successful monthly billing period. Unused allowances do not roll over. Current price, renewal, cancellation, access, and refund-review terms appear in the Terms of Service and checkout disclosure.
Launch Studio output and allowances
Launch Studio generates editable project drafts, decision lists, next actions, and health reviews from the selected kit and the context you provide. Studio includes up to 25 hosted AI workspace runs and Studio Pro includes up to 100 during each successful monthly billing period. Unused runs do not roll over. A failed generation does not use a run. Saving, editing, reopening, and downloading existing work do not use another run.
Health scores and completion
A project health score is a limited completeness and evidence signal based on the current stored project. It is not a certification, security assessment, accessibility conformance statement, legal opinion, launch approval, or guarantee. An unresolved blocker remains unresolved regardless of score. You are responsible for verifying evidence, obtaining required approvals, testing actual systems, and deciding whether work is complete.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to deceive a buyer, fabricate qualifications, evade procurement rules, impersonate another person, infringe rights, create malware, disrupt the Service, or develop a competing machine-learning model from the Service or Output.
Accuracy and availability
AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or similar results. The Service is provided without a promise that Output is correct, complete, unique, responsive, or fit for a particular submission. You assume responsibility for decisions made from Output, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
Disputes and governing law
The parties will first attempt direct resolution and then non-binding mediation, except where urgent relief or a non-waivable remedy applies. Michigan law governs these AI Terms without overriding mandatory protections. Any court proceeding after mediation will use a court with lawful jurisdiction in Michigan unless applicable law requires another forum.
