Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization, inquiry text, free-resource requests, optional prompt-update preference during account signup, uploaded business documents, account credentials, company facts, solicitation materials, Launch Studio project context, saved project versions, proposal drafts, and support messages. We also receive limited technical, usage, and transaction information needed to secure the site, enforce project and AI-run allowances, deliver digital purchases, operate subscriptions, and diagnose failures.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, email requested free prompts and App Builder files, record interest in those resources, deliver purchased prompt suites and Launch Studio Starter Kits, provide Launch Studio, the Proposal Agent, and other requested services, maintain customer accounts, process billing, prevent misuse, support customers, and improve reliability. Choosing to receive AEVUS AI Build Notes, prompt-library updates, new-tool announcements, and practical AI guidance is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. When you select that choice, Resend stores your email and stated preference in the AEVUS Prompt Updates audience so AEVUS can send those messages. You may unsubscribe at any time. AI output is prepared only when a visitor takes the stated action and provides the required approval.
Service providers and analytics
AEVUS uses service providers to operate the website and its features. These currently include Vercel for hosting and privacy-conscious site analytics, Google Analytics 4 for optional website-usage measurement, Neon for encrypted account storage, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for one-time purchases, subscriptions, and billing, and OpenAI for approved AI processing. Google Analytics is loaded with advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization disabled. Analytics storage is enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics,” and you may decline without losing access to the site. Stripe handles payment-card details; AEVUS does not receive complete card numbers.
Documents and AI processing
Contact-form attachments are delivered to the configured AEVUS inbox. When you separately approve AI assistance, extracted text may be sent to OpenAI; the contact-form attachment itself is not sent. The Proposal Agent sends the documents, extracted text, form labels, and company details identified in its consent screen to OpenAI. Launch Studio sends the project context, current draft, selected kit instructions, and requested review to OpenAI when you approve a workspace run. The grant and canonical-data workspaces and the AEVUS website assistant send the text you enter to an OpenAI-hosted agent session so later turns can use the session context. The website assistant also sends the current website path so it can provide relevant navigation. Grant research may search the limited official public domains described in the workspace. The website assistant and canonical-data sessions have no web-search tool. Use Clear chat or Clear session to request deletion of the matching hosted session. Provider security, abuse-monitoring, and service-retention rules may still apply under OpenAI's policies. See the AI Terms of Use.
Storage, policy records and deletion
The website assistant keeps its session identifier and recent visible messages in your browser's current tab so the conversation can continue as you navigate. Closing the tab removes that browser session storage. Selecting Clear chat requests deletion of the matching OpenAI-hosted session and removes the local chat after deletion is confirmed. Paid prompt suites and Launch Studio Starter Kits are assembled when a verified buyer requests the download; AEVUS does not create a separate account or personalized copy for those purchases. Stripe retains the purchase and receipt record. Saved Launch Studio projects, project versions, and proposal packages are encrypted in private account storage and remain available while the applicable account and service are eligible or until you delete them. AEVUS records policy versions and acceptance time before paid checkout. Account export includes saved Launch Studio projects, versions, proposal packages, subscription summaries, and policy records. Closing an eligible account permanently deletes its saved AEVUS projects, versions, packages, usage records, and authentication record. Active subscriptions must first be cancelled and reach the end of the paid period. Stripe and AEVUS may retain billing, tax, fraud-prevention, policy-acceptance, and transaction records when required for legitimate business or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, encrypted Launch Studio project and proposal-package storage, server-side ownership checks, row-level security, rate limits, file limits, and human-review steps. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, bank details, tax identifiers, classified information, export-controlled material, controlled unclassified information, health information, payment-card data, sensitive personal records, or information you are not authorized to share.
Your choices
You can decline optional AI processing and prompt-update emails, submit an inquiry without an attachment, unsubscribe from email updates, manage or cancel future subscription renewals, download account data, delete saved Launch Studio projects or proposal packages, or close an eligible account. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@aevuseng.com.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and effective date appear above. Material changes will be presented before a future purchase or renewal where required.
