AI governance at AEVUS

A defined approach for the AI agents on this website and the AI solutions we build for clients.

Program status: framework drafted October 28, 2026 · Operational evidence and independent assurance pending

What the initial scope covers

The proposed scope covers AI-assisted features presented through aevuseng.com and custom AI work delivered by AEVUS Engineering LLC for clients. Each client engagement needs its own data, vendor, permission, and contract review. LaborLynk, CoAnglr, and other products are outside this initial scope until they are separately assessed.

How we intend to govern each AI use

  1. Register it. Record its purpose, owner, provider and model, permitted data, affected users, and any tools or external actions.
  2. Review the risks. Assess data exposure, inaccurate output, security and misuse, bias where relevant, and the effect of a failed or unexpected action before release or material change.
  3. Keep people accountable. AI may prepare drafts and recommendations. A named human reviews consequential decisions and external actions. Craig A. Petronella approves AEVUS AI releases, material changes, and risk exceptions; client approvals are also required where the engagement calls for them.
  4. Test and retain evidence. Record test results, access and tool reviews, change and release decisions, incidents, and corrective actions in access-controlled company records.
  5. Review and improve. The proposed monthly review is assigned to an AEVUS board member, with Craig accountable for the final decision and follow-up.

Current status and independent proof

This is a published description of a governance framework being put into practice. It is not a claim that every control has been tested, that the first monthly review is complete, or that an independent audit has occurred. We will make service-specific evidence and assurance available to customers when verified and appropriate to share.

AEVUS is also evaluating the C2PA Conformance Program for a future Content Credentials implementation. No AEVUS product has been approved or listed as conforming. C2PA product conformance is separate from AI governance assurance.
