Refund Policy 

Custom Software & Service-Based Work

 

Due to the tailored nature of engineering services and software development, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. Customization is subjective, and interpretation of a software vision may vary from client to client. However, we aim to collaborate closely throughout the process to align our delivery with your expectations.

 

If you believe the scope or quality of a deliverable is misaligned, we encourage open communication so we can:

 

  • Address concerns promptly

  • Adjust or improve where feasible

  • Clarify scope boundaries and use cases

 

We will work in good faith to meet your vision and uphold the standards you expect from AEVUS Engineering.

 

 

Physical and Digital Product Refunds

 

If a tangible or digital product is delivered in error or arrives defective, please notify us within 7 business days. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Products that have been customized, licensed, or downloaded are not eligible for refunds unless defective or misrepresented.

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

 

  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • The issue is clearly documented and communicated in writing

  • The project scope and expectations were defined in advance
